What do we do?
We provide specialist 2d & 3d thermal performance and condensation risk modelling to the construction industry. Our clients include contractors, developers and architects. We also work for other consultants, providing either additional capacity or increased capabilities to their existing services.
Services
We provide bespoke thermal bridging calculations and surface and interstitial condensation risk assessments for both your own peace of mind or to satisfy a third party stakeholder. We can calculate a single detail for you or sit within the design team and provide full on-going support throughout design development.
Experience
We have extensive experience across a range of building types and construction systems, ranging from timber frame one-off houses through to pre-cast concrete façade large scale residential and metal framed Passivhaus swimming pools.
Software
We produce geometry in both Autocad & Rhino and undertake simulations in Comsol Multiphysics. This provides huge capability to model complex 3d models. For fully dynamic hygrothermal calculations to BS EN 15026 we use both WUFI and Delphin.
